This 3 day camp will give your child/ren an opportunity to experience a little bit of what Forest School is. Forest School is a long term process where children get to experience nature throughout the seasons. This camp will allow children to experience what our woodland space is like during the summer months. This camp will keep in line with the Forest School principle of being learner centred and child led. Children will be given opportunities for free-play in the space where the mud kitchen, hammocks and ropes will be set up. They will also be given opportunities to take part in nature games such as tracking and trailing, challenges such as den building, nature art and also learn skills such as fire lighting, foraging, cooking and tool work. Each group will take a maximum of 14 children from the age of 5-11 years old.
