- Guardian/Parent Information: For bookings involving children – parent/guardian name and contact details
- Child Information: Child’s name, age/date of birth, any special requirements or medical information requested by the Event Owner
- Booking Details: Event selected, date, number of participants, any special requests
- Payment Information: Payment card details (processed securely by Stripe – see Section 4.3)
- Communication Preferences: How you wish to be contacted about your booking
Important: The Event Owner who runs the event you’re booking is the data controller for this information. They determine what information to collect and how to use it. We process it on their behalf to provide the booking platform.
